Canadian Jade
Canadian Jade is an excellent meditation stone, supportive during times of transformation, promotes inner peace, balances mood swings and encourages the solving of conflicts. It is also a stone of good fortune and longevity.
A good quality Canadian Jade has become more of a trade name for higher quality Green Serpentine. Many will market it as Nephrite Jade but most being sold is Serpentine or even man-made and dyed to look like Jade. Nephrite Jade beads are very expensive and hard to find; most suppliers sell fake Nephrite. The beads I use are a high quality Green Serpentine (even though the supplier stated them to be genuine Nephrite).
